Adriana Warren- Business Manager

Adriana has been working in the practice since 2006.  She comes from a background in the optical industry, working for other independent optometrists before coming to Richard Lindsay and Associates.  Adriana has stepped into the new role of business and marketing manager since returning from maternity leave in late 2011.

Carly Anderson - Practice Manager

Carly joined our team in January 2010, having moved from Wangaratta to Melbourne after traveling extensively in 2008 and 2009. Carly has experience working in optometry practices in Australia and overseas, and always has a different way of looking at challenges. 

Marie Benson - Receptionist/Optical Assistant

Marie has worked with Richard Lindsay and Associates on and off (in between being on maternity leave) since 2005.  Marie and her husband are kept extremely busy with 4 children and breeding Aussie bulldogs. We are happy to welcome Marie back to our team and we know that everyone will make her very welcome.

Priscilla Carbone - Receptionist/Optical Assistant

Priscilla's friendly manner has been a welcome addition to the practice. We all appreciate her attitude as no job is too big or small for Priscilla. She is always available to help anyone with any concerns or questions, and doesn't mind spending a bit of extra time with anyone if required. Priscilla began her Optical Dispensing Traineeship in 2010.

Priscilla has recently returned from maternity leave, after having a baby boy in October 2011.

Stephanie Carver- Dispenser/Optical Assistant

Steph commenced working with us in January 2011.  She has a background of optical experience, and brings with her an excellent knowledge of frames and adjusting.  We look forward to Steph helping us grow the practice as time goes on.

Lynne Haines - Dispenser/Optical Assistant

Lynne is originally from England but has been living in Australia for a few years now. Lynne has 11 years of experience in optics, having previously worked in laser vision correction in the UK.  More recently she has worked in a busy city practice in Melbourne.  Lynne is keen to broaden her knowledge of contact lenses and is interested in getting involved with our paediatric patients.  With her strong knowledge of optics and her confident nature, she is able to address any questions about the latest spectacle lens designs to suit everyone.  

Carly McKay - Dispenser/Optical Assistant

Carly has come just as far as Will to work!  Originally from England, Carly has been living in Australia for many years now. As the newest addition to our growing team, Carly brings varied contact lens and spectacle dispensing experience, both Australian and international.  We look forward to Carly working with us for a long time to come.

Emilie O'Malley - Receptionist/Optical Assistant

Having been officially part of our team since late 2007, we have all known Emilie longer than that from her visits to the practice with her children. Emilie is our resident expert in managing children with contact lenses as she does it every day with both of her children. She is a wonderful resource for our parents.
