How to get to us
Driving to the new location is simple. We are about 300 metres from the Doncaster Rd exit on the Eastern Freeway. When you get off the freeway at Doncaster Rd, just drive up Doncaster Rd back towards the city and our practice is on the left on the corner of Ellsa Street and Doncaster Rd.
There are two major bus routes that stop directly outside our practice in North Balwyn.
Route 207 City – Doncaster Shopping Centre via Kew Junction. This bus departs from the corner of Little Collins St and Queen St in the City and then proceeds to its final destination at the Doncaster Shopping Centre. It is a 47 minute trip to the stop outside our practice which is the stop for the Greythorn Shopping Centre (‘Greythorn SC/Doncaster Rd’).
The timetable for this route can be found at the link:

Route 285 Doncaster Park and Ride – Camberwell via North Balwyn. This bus departs from Camberwell and then proceeds to its final destination at the Doncaster Park and Ride. Along the way it stops at Canterbury train station and from there it is approximately a 15 minute trip to the Greythorn Shopping Centre stop outside our practice (‘Greythorn SC/Doncaster Rd’).

For patients taking either of these bus routes and coming from the city or Canterbury train station, please note that the stop immediately before the Greythorn SC stop is at the corner of Sylvander St and Doncaster Rd and there is a Westpac branch at this corner. In addition, as you approach the Greythorn SC stop, there is an Aldi store about 100 metres prior to this stop. If you are coming from the other direction towards our practice, the Greython SC stop is the second stop after the Doncaster Park and Ride stop.
For patients who normally travel to our practice by train – especially those patients who are travelling in from the country or interstate – we would recommend that they catch a train to Canterbury train station and then take the Route 285 bus to our practice. The Canterbury station is on the Belgrave and Lilydale lines, and the bus stop for the Route 285 bus is directly opposite the station in Rochester Rd (on the left hand side as you walk up the hill, directly outside the old Emulation Hall).
Patients coming into Southern Cross station by train could take the Route 207 bus from the city, however it is about a 10-15 minute walk from Southern Cross station to where the bus departs at the corner of Little Collins St and Queen St. We believe that catching a train to Canterbury train station and taking the Route 285 bus is an easier and quicker option.
